I’m especially big on the experimentation one. For me personally, I didn’t know what I would want to write about full time here on Substack until well after I had already started writing.
I feel like half of art (even “pop art” like this article) is writing it, and the other half is watching people consume it and process it.
So it’s tough for me to have a solid direction until people starting consuming.
So much great info in this post! It really does change everything when you start exploring and engaging with other writers. It still floors me how much talent is on this platform
